You can request deletion of your NovelForge account and associated personal data at any time.
Send an email to support@novelforge.com from the email address associated with your NovelForge account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject and tell us the account email you want deleted.
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize your account profile, authentication records, generated writing projects, drafts, usage records, and other personal data associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
We may retain limited records required for payment, fraud prevention, security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. These retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
We normally process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you by email.
